Behavioral Health Providers (Flexible Schedules)

Join us as a Behavioral Health Provider at HIGH PLAINS COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER. We are hiring both full-time and part-time professionals to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services.

Position Details

We offer flexible hours, onsite, remote (hybrid) work options, and licensure supervision. Responsibilities include behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, ongoing therapy, and crisis interventions within an integrated, patient-centered care model.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
  • Colorado Behavioral Health Provider License (LPC, LAC, or Candidate)
  • Eligibility to bill Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers
  • Understanding of psychotropic medications and diagnostic criteria (DMS-5)
  • Experience with diverse populations and various therapy techniques (CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic)
Compensation and Benefits

Full-time salary ranges from $65,000 to $82,865 annually; part-time hourly rates from $31.25 to $39.84. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401K, employee assistance, and flexible spending accounts.
