Job summary

DYS is seeking a Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 to oversee facility behavioral healthcare functions and lead the treatment teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a solid background and a passion to habilitate youth.

Licensed credentials (LICDC/LISW/LPCC/IMFT) or RN with mental health certification are required. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, union 1199, and opportunities to impact Ohio youth and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent counselor credentials (LICDC/LISW/LPCC/IMFT) or RN with mental health certification.
• Experience in youth behavioral health and corrections setting preferred.
• Ability to work with treatment teams and families to habilitate youth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility behavioral healthcare functions and lead treatment teams.
• Maintain data documents for federal/state/local agencies and prepare required forms.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services with external agencies.
