The Behavioral Health Provider performs Primary Care Behavioral Health ("PCBH") related job‑duties. The position requires being skillful in clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis intervention, brief individual and family therapy, and case management. This position will document interactions on medical charting software, consult with medical and dental staff, billing staff, and care coordination staff. The position will work with a diverse client population in a variety of treatment approaches and settings.
Salary: $72,500 to $87,500 annually; DOQ, which includes $7500 geographic pay incentive based on location
