Qualifications

• Undergrad core program in mental health, developmental disabilities tech, social work, psychology, or rehab, or related field.
• 12 months experience in development & implementation of treatment plans for mentally ill or developmentally disabled residents.
• 6 months training in supervisory principles/techniques or 6 months experience scheduling, monitoring & evaluating personnel; 6 months budgeting training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates clinical and activity programs.
• Coordinates program schedules, resources, staffing and daily operations to deliver patient services.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and recommends improvements based on patient needs and treatment goals.
