This full-time position provides essential leadership to ensure the hospital maintains robust quality management, achieves regulatory readiness, and delivers safe, high-quality forensic psychiatric care. The role involves overseeing quality improvement, compliance, patient safety initiatives, staff supervision, and coordination of administrative and clinical activities. The position works 1st shift, 40 hours per week.
