Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic in Alaska seeks a Manager of Behavioral Health to lead clinical teams delivering compassionate, ethical patient care in line with recognized standards and care models.

You will develop and oversee programs, ensure safety and effective management of behavioral health units, and coordinate efforts to provide high-quality care aligned with organizational values in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Alaska License at hire: Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
• At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing clinical programs and ensuring the safety and effective management of behavioral health units and operations.
• Exercising independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues.
• Coordinating team efforts to provide high-quality care aligned with organizational values.

Education

Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field
