Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic in Mobile, AL. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work with Medical Director to achieve clinical and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensed Alabama Counselor (LISW, LPC, LMFT, or ALC) required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and drive exceptional patient care.
• Supervise, coach, recruit, and develop multidisciplinary staff.
• Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Director to achieve clinical and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, and state and federal regulations.
• Manage staffing, budgets, quality improvement, accreditation, and community partnerships.
