Behavioral Health Professional (Licensed Counselor)

Full Time

Looking for a Licensed Counselor who has LPC, LISAC or LCSW to provide Screening evaluations, Intake assessment, clinical supervision and groups for Substance Use and Domestic Violence offenders.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop high quality evidenced based psychoeducational curriculum
  • Conduct individual and group sessions for clients with a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation group sessions focusing on positive alternatives, anger management, substance use treatment, DUI education, domestic violence, and court-mandated counseling.
  • Conduct screening assessments and intake orientations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed.
  • Stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Arizona.
  • Experience in a clinical setting or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • May involve evening or weekend hours depending on client needs and scheduling.

Experience in Counseling: Minimum 1 year

License: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LCSW (Required)
