## Behavioral Health Post Doctoral FellowApplyremote type: Fully On-Campuslocations: Cleveland Clinic Health Sciences and Wellness Building: Oxford Campustime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Agojob requisition id: JR103403**Job Title**Behavioral Health Post Doctoral Fellow**Department**Student Counseling**Worker Type**Temporary (Fixed Term)**Pay Type**Salary**Benefit Eligible**Yes**Job Description Summary**The Behavioral Health Postdoctoral Fellow performs the duties of a behavioral (mental) health clinician, providing generalist clinical services to students; training and supervisory services to mental health clinical trainees; and consultation & programming services to faculty, staff, students and parents/families.**Job Description****Behavioral Health Postdoctoral Fellow Responsibilities:*** Provides psychological services, including psychological and substance use assessments, attention problem screenings, and individual and group counseling and psychotherapy to Miami University students presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns* Intervenes in crisis and emergency situations of a mental health nature with students, including after-hours on-call responsibilities* Consults with faculty, staff, students, families, and other professionals regarding the mental health needs of students* Initiates and responds to requests to provide psycho-educational programming to various groups within the university community* Provides clinical supervision and training to staff, psychology interns within the SCS APA-accredited psychology internship training program, and other trainees.* Maintains clinical records and provides clinical documentation and communication with external practitioners as necessary for ethical clinical treatment* Attends and participates in clinical staff meetings, consultations, and professional development* Assumes responsibility for other assignments, including serving on divisional and university committeesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* Completion of a doctoral degree from an APA-accredited doctoral training program and a completed APA-approved internship before the position start date.* Demonstrated interest or experience in providing behavioral health services and psycho-educational programming to university students.**Additional Position Information (if applicable)****Required Application Documents**Resume/CV Cover Letter**Special Instructions (if applicable)**Post salary**Additional Information**A criminal background check is required.
