Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass national certification (PTCE or ExCPT).
• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy license required.
• 9 days of training (M–F, 8am–5pm) before resume submission.
• Onboarding and compliance steps must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy inventory and assist with medication preparation.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas as needed.
• Inspect medication storage rooms.
• Repackage medications manually or with automation tools.
• Provide support to pharmacy staff and other departments.
• Follow legal, ethical, and facility-specific guidelines.
• Work independently within state board standards and facility policies.
• Complete clerical duties and assist in daily pharmacy operations.
• Participate in compliance training and uphold regulatory standards.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisory staff.
