This position supports our Circle of Care approach, helping facilities and referral sources engage in care coordination and outreach. Key duties include presenting information to groups, visiting facilities, tracking referrals and outcomes, collaborating with internal teams to market programs, and responding to questions from families and providers.

Qualifications

• Experience working in/with SNFs preferred.
• Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, go-getter attitude.
• Day travel is required (approximately 25% statewide).

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
• Present information about our services to groups and individuals.
• Visit facilities, establish meetings, attend conferences/marketing events, distribute company literature and develop relationships in the community.
• Track referral data and outcomes.
• Track and follow up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Coordinate company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
• Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.
