Job summary

Alliance Recovery is seeking a dedicated Operations Member to join our team in Fountain Valley, CA. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, assist with intakes, and help maintain daily operations with accuracy and efficiency.

In this role, you will complete client intakes in EMR, organize documents, conduct and document drug tests, greet visitors, and support adherence to facility rules. A daytime, Monday–Friday schedule applies in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete client intakes in EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and upload client documents.
• Conduct and document client drug tests (BAC/UA).
• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism.
• Support clients in following facility rules and expectations.
• Maintain supplies and assist with facility organization.
• Provide "observe and report" documentation for client care.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager & Program Director.
