Oregoncounties seeks a Behavioral Health Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across Behavioral Health programs, ensuring compliant, quality services. You will supervise supervisory, professional, and administrative staff and drive cross-program coordination to align with Division priorities.

Annual Salary Range: $80,012.61– $109,107.65
Under the general direction of the Behavioral Health Division Director, the Behavioral Health Operations Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day operational functions across Behavioral Health programs. This position ensures effective operational processes, regulatory compliance, the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance and performance improvement activities that support high-quality, accessible behavioral health services. The Behavioral Health Operations Manager provides direct supervision of supervisory, professional, and administrative staff. The role focuses on translating Division priorities into effective operational practices, supporting cross-program coordination, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in alignment with Departmental and County goals.
