Responsibilities

• Screens and assesses to identify strengths, needs, problems, and concerns regarding a patient’s occupational engagement.
• Conducts interventions based on assessment results and occupational concepts.
• Facilitates communication and supports patients' occupational functioning.
• Milieu program development, group facilitation, and program evaluation.
• Documents intervention information and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Supervises others related to milieu groups and occupational interventions as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
