Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with board eligibility in psychiatry.
• Two or more years of provider experience in a hospital or clinic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend patients at sites or provide virtual services as assigned.
• Conduct medication management sessions with patients.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Conduct history and physical examinations.
• Create and update patient treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Participate in team meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Provide admissions support and communication with care teams.
• Complete charting and documentation within 24 hours.
• Attend Medical Staff meetings and related committees.
