Job summary

Copper Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, Inc., in Gilbert, AZ, seeks a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead behavioral health services for adults and seniors. The role focuses on clinical leadership, program development, and staff supervision within a 72-bed behavioral health setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, a BSN or ADN with BSN enrollment, and at least three years in medical-surgical and psychiatric care, plus two years of supervision. BLS is required. On-site days only.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program or enrollment in BSN program.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of three years in medical-surgical nursing with preferred psychiatric experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Manage staff relations, scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
• Oversee budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and other departments; provide direct care when needed.
• Foster professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices into operations.
