Qualifications

• Three years of RN experience required; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages new hire orientations for the unit.
• Assesses and develops unit-specific education aligned with leadership priorities.
• Serves as educational resource and communicates policy changes and opportunities.
• Delivers classroom-style education, huddles, and other formats for the unit.
• Oversees competency assessments and skills training.
