Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral level degree in a relevant clinical field.
• Experience in mental health or human services with people management.
• Current DEA number and state/national licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop clinical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure prescriber coverage and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to practice guidelines and safe prescribing habits.
• Maintain medication management quality and documentation.
• Recommend and implement service delivery improvements and new programs.
• Ensure monthly peer reviews per provider are completed.
• Provide crisis intervention expertise and collaborate with community resources.
