Perimeter Behavioral Health in Waynesville, MO is seeking a Certified Medical Tech (L1MA/Med Tech) to join our nursing team overseeing medication administration for adolescent residents and monitoring comfort levels.

Join a dedicated team in a residential setting, where you will coordinate care with RNs/LPNs, support treatment goals, and help maintain a safe therapeutic environment. Full-time positions and PRN shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• L1MA certification or Med Tech Certification.
• All required licenses or certifications required by State licensing authority and maintain continuing education requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral and external medications to residents under supervision.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Monitor and evaluate resident progress, reporting unusual symptoms and/ or behaviors.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly through daily progress notes.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement measurable treatment goals.
• Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and advocate for patient needs.
