Job summary

PACS in Los Angeles is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide medication support and basic nursing services within behavioral health programs under clinical direction of psychiatrists and RNs.

This predominantly field-based position supports clients in intensive and outpatient programs, including psychiatric medication services and telehealth requirements, with travel across Los Angeles County expected.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred (behavioral health or community-based care a plus).
• Knowledge of medication administration and documentation standards.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health, FSP, or community mental health.
• Familiarity with Medi-Cal/DMH documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication support and basic nursing services under supervision.
• Work within California scope of practice and following supervision protocols.
• Support telehealth-related clinical requirements and field-based program needs.
• Travel throughout Los Angeles County as required.
