Job summary

Signet Health Corp. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join the team at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and LVN certification completed.
• Active Texas LVN license to practice.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong observation and patient safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents patient behavior, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Administers prescribed medications, including psychotropic meds, notes reactions.
• Assists patients with daily living activities and hygiene.
• Documents in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Performs vital signs and records data.
• Performs patient assessments and documents for nurses/physicians.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, social workers, and other staff on treatment plans.
• Facilitates group therapy sessions or recreational activities.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Additional duties as assigned.
