Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care per the plan of care.
• Represent a customer-service mindset with emphasis on patient safety.
• Collaborate with team to address physical, biopsychosocial, age, and cultural needs.
• Document patient symptoms, responses, and progress accurately.
• Deliver medications safely according to policy and physician orders.
