Job summary

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a multi-disciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility offering EPIC electronic medical records.

You will provide nursing care under RN supervision, adhere to nursing policies, and collaborate with staff to promote patient wellbeing for seniors, adults, and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical School Graduate: Accredited LPB/LVN Program.
• Current license to practice as an LPN in PA (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of an RN.
• Communicates effectively with staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration between disciplines and other units.
• Follows facility nursing policies and procedures regarding patient care.
