Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily nursing assessments and notify staff of changes in behavior or symptoms.
• Complete required documentation for services using approved formats.
• Ensure medication errors are documented and communicated to the Lead Nurse.
• Relate information to psychiatric staff and coordinate with the RN for continuity of care.
• Collect blood and other lab specimens, perform waived testing, and document in the EHR.
• Fulfill additional duties as directed and comply with company policies.
