Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Health – Primrose in Saint Robert, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our residential behavioral health team. This role supports adolescents, provides compassionate nursing care, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary treatment team on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the treatment team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to coordinate care
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Promote a safe, trauma-informed treatment environment
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
• Mentor and support fellow nursing team members while contributing to a positive team culture
• Advocate for resident safety, dignity, and quality care
