• Shift: Rotating shifts (Days/Nights), Every Other Weekend, 3x12s, 8 Hour Evenings
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Evenings
• Start Date: October 13, 2025
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1400-$1500

LPN Qualifications And Requirements

• Active LPN or LVN license (Pennsylvania LPN license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient adolescent psychiatric nursing experience
• BLS certification (required for all healthcare professionals)
• De-escalation training/certification (SAFE Training Course available onsite if needed)
• Ability to float to Geriatric and Adult Behavioral Health units as needed
• Strong clinical support and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to adolescent patients in an inpatient behavioral health facility
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress according to healthcare protocols
• Participate in de-escalation interventions and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support individualized patient care plans
• Float to Geriatric and Adult Behavioral Health units as required to provide clinical support
