Endeavor Health in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Behavioral Health Integration Clinician I to provide individual therapy and collaborative care services on a full‑time basis. You will advise primary care teams and contribute to staff education, quality improvement, and program safety with a focus on HIPAA and PHI compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related mental health field, an Illinois license (LCSW or LCPC), CPR/BLS, and at least one year of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related mental health field.
• Current State of Illinois license (LCSW or LCPC).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a mental health or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Engages in behavioral health integration services including individual therapy and collaborative care model services.
• Acts as a resource to primary care providers regarding behavioral health.
• Provides didactic and educational presentations to staff when requested.
• Participates in quality improvement activities to support organizational goals, marketing efforts, and program safety and security.
• Ensures compliance with PHI, HIPAA, and mental health codes.

Provides didactic and educational presentations to staff when requested.Participates in quality improvement activities that support organizational goals, marketing efforts, and program safety and security.Ensures compliance with regulatory standards like protected health information (PHI), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and mental health code.What you will need:Education: Master’s Degree or higher in a related mental health fieldLicense: Current State of Illinois licenses such as: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)Current State of Illinois driver’s license required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an offsite location.
