The position requires IL licensure (LCSW/LCPC), a Master’s degree, and CPR/BLS certification, with 1+ year of relevant experience. Full-time; 40 hours, Mon–Fri, no travel, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in a related mental health field.
Current Illinois license (LCSW or LCPC) required.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Minimum one year of experience in mental health or healthcare with direct patient care.
Minimum one year of experience as LCSW or LCPC.
Knowledge of Behavioral Health Integration.

Responsibilities

Engages in behavioral health integration services including individual therapy and BHI consultations.
Provides guidance to primary care providers and offers staff presentations on behavioral health.
Participates in quality improvement activities to support goals, marketing, and safety.
Ensures compliance with PHI, HIPAA, and mental health code regulations.
