Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another related mental health field required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of behavioral health experience.
• LCSW or LPC licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health and substance use assessments for patients in hospital settings.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during behavioral health emergencies.
• Coordinate assessments, admissions, transfers, and referrals with treatment teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and resources.
• Document assessments, referrals, and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
