Job summary

You will collaborate with residency leadership, faculty, and interdisciplinary teams to supervise residents, mentor learners, and contribute to accreditation planning; clinical practice may be available based on organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology required; Master’s degree preferred for GME-focused candidates.
• GME experience or exposure is preferred and highly considered.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills for diverse populations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of the Behavioral Health curriculum for medical residents.
• Maintain updated knowledge of ACGME requirements and educational best practices.
• Use evidence-based, learner-centered teaching methods to deliver engaging experiences.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and consultation to residents and support their wellbeing.
• Collaborate with program directors, faculty, and leadership for coordinated resident support.
• Participate in accreditation planning and quality improvement efforts; clinical practice may be optional.
