Job summary

The Fortune Society, a leading reentry and justice-informed service organization, seeks a Behavioral Health Field Supervisor for our Brooklyn Court program. This role leads a multidisciplinary team delivering court-based supportive services to justice-involved individuals, with on-call duties and close collaboration with clinical staff.

Based in Brooklyn, the position requires strong supervisory, time-management, and engagement skills, plus familiarity with NYS health home policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, with relevant experience.
• 2+ years of program management and supervisory experience.
• Experience with criminal legal system, housing, case management, or mental health a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of care managers and peer navigators; provide programmatic supervision and guidance to MMU staff.
• Ensure services align with Fortune's policies and mission; manage daily operations and staffing coverage.
• Provide on-call support to staff during MMU hours on a rotational basis.
• Maintain data collection and reporting; collaborate with analysts and QA staff.
• Coordinate with CHN and court partners to support reentry services.
