Job summary

Northeast Treatment Center in the Philadelphia region seeks a full-time Facility Technician to manage client flow, operate the reception desk, assist staff with behavioral issues, and help transport clients to other facilities at our Medication Assisted Treatment site in Northeast Philadelphia. The position requires 7-day availability including weekends and holidays, with hours from 5:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year documented security experience.
• Must speak, read and write in English.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for controlling flow of clients in and out of building.
• Operate reception work station in SMART
• Assist staff with clients that have behavioral problems.
• Transport clients to other facilities.
• Transport staff using company vehicle to prison programs and assist staff as necessary while at the prison programs.
• Walk grounds.
• Secure building
• Answer phone
• Maintain entries in daily Shift Log
• File and data entry
• Other duties as specified by supervisor or director
