Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Behavioral Health ED/Observation unit.
• Lead a team of Clinical Supervisors, RNs, and Psych Techs with strong leadership and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act, regulatory standards, and policies.
• Manage recruitment, orientation, credentialing, and staff development.
• Promote shared governance and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Provide nursing care, administer medications, and support patient and family education.
• Monitor budget, resource allocation, and cost-efficient unit operation.
