Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement.
• Floats to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Provides age-appropriate care and engages patients and families in care decisions.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
