Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a social services related field.

Responsibilities

• Meets with clients/families to address issues and work on treatment plan goals.
• Provides social and psychological support to clients.
• Supports treatment and nursing plans through discharge planning.
• Deescalates situations using Mindset techniques to avoid restraints.
• Engages clients between social services to provide support.
• Assists clients in locating and utilizing community resources.
