Coleman Health Services, headquartered in Marion, Ohio, seeks a full-time Director of Behavioral Health to supervise outpatient therapists, crisis therapists, and mobile response staff across Marion and Crawford Counties. The role is based in our Marion, OH office and offers a competitive salary package.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in counseling or social work with LPCC-S or LISW-S licensure, plus 2+ years of mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• LPCC-S or LISW-S licensure or higher.
• 2+ years experience in the mental health field.
• Willing to obtain NPI and Medicaid Billing number with assistance.
• Valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
• Preference for experience in management, training, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical and administrative supervision.

• Budget development, monitoring, and marketing needs through designated counties.
