Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Health Counselor in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), you will:

1. Coordinate and monitor direct care activities for clients in residential and group home settings.
2. Ensure adherence to the NMT model for therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning.
3. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and ensure residential facilities are well-maintained.
