AdventHealth is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Counselor to provide quality patient care in Denver. The counselor will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapies in compliance with state regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Counseling or Social Work and critical thinking skills to effectively meet patient needs.

The role you’ll contribute:
Contributes towards the delivery of quality health care with a concern for the well-being of those served. Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program. Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care
