Job summary

Qualifications

• CASAC/CASAC-T/CRC/LMHC/LMSW/LMFT/LCSW or higher licensure preferred.
• Experience in 822 clinics and community outreach preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments, intakes and participates in level of care determinations by gathering appropriate data.
• Completes admission procedures and assists in development of treatment plans.
• Facilitates admission/referral to other programs or agencies as needed.
• Provides individual, group, and/or family counseling in a professional manner.
• Manages all aspects of assigned caseload with attention to levels of care and interventions.
• Provide backup coverage in staff absences.
