Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. CLINICAL CARE:
   1. Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines.
   2. Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
2. TREATMENT PLANNING AND PROGRESS MONITORING:
   1. Assist with treatment planning.
   2. Review progress towards treatment plan goals.
3. COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION:
   1. Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
   2. Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
4. DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE:
   1. Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record.
   2. Follow adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. EXPERIENCE:
   1. Required: 1+ year of experience as a Counselor I or other relative experience.
   2. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
2. EDUCATION:
   1. Required: Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum, Bachelor's degree.
   2. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
3. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
   1. Required: Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements.
