Summary
Performs/oversees daily operations to support Clinical Therapy Services.
Responsibilities
Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families.Maintains patient lists and patient data tracking for outcome reporting.Evaluates and assesses the needs and strengths of clients and families.Provides community outreach and engagement as needed.Develops and maintains daily activity schedules.Facilitates groups with adults and/or adolescents.
