Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle referrals: receive and schedule incoming referrals.
• Collect urine drug screens per Chain of Custody procedure.
• Conduct home visits and complete chain-of-custody screens.
• Transport clients and maintain the vehicle.
• Communicate effectively, written and verbal.
• Maintain an organized office and logs.
• Knowledge of addictions preferred.
