Job summary

Family First Health is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to join an integrated primary care team in Lebanon, PA. You’ll deliver brief interventions and develop patient-centered care plans within a collaborative setting, using screening tools to monitor progress.

Your role emphasizes coordination with physicians and other professionals, Motivational Interviewing, and timely follow-up, ensuring care is aligned with overall health goals.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience in integrated primary care or interdisciplinary clinical environments preferred.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief behavioral health assessment and evidence-based interventions within the primary care setting.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• You must hold a current, unrestricted Pennsylvania license as an: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• We’re especially interested in clinicians who enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork, brief intervention, whole-person care, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience in integrated primary care, healthcare, hospital, community health, or another interdisciplinary clinical environment is preferred.
