Our agency is designed to meet the diverse needs of today’s families by effectively integrating behavioral health and primary care services to improve clinical outcomes, access to health care, and overall quality of life for our clients and their families.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a fully licensed Behavioral Health Consultant to provide part-time contract services at a partner site within our integrated behavioral health and primary care model.

This clinician will serve patients of all ages by administering behavioral health screeners, completing assessments, providing brief solution-focused individual therapy, and facilitating supportive internal referrals to clinicians offering longer-term treatment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct in-person behavioral health screening on designated clinic days, initially at least one day per week.
• Complete clinical assessments and provide brief individual therapy.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and partner-site staff.
• Maintain a small Core/Tier caseload, which may decrease as clinic hours increase.
• Provide virtual therapy when preferred by clients and clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and coordinate patient referrals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical discipline.
• Full, active Georgia LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.
• Experience with behavioral health screening, assessment, and individual therapy.
• Ability to work with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.

Experience in integrated care, brief solution-focused therapy, and providing assessments is preferred. Additional on-site clinic days may be added as the clinic grows.

This position is based a partner site in northwest Atlanta, GA.
