Job summary

Wellspring, Inc. is hiring a full-time Community Support Associate to provide one-on-one skill building with clients in the home or community.

Responsibilities include skills training, cueing, and supervision per the client’s treatment plan, medication adherence, recognizing symptoms, and developing interpersonal skills. Qualifications include one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience with individuals in mental health services.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health support and psychiatric rehabilitation.
• Experience with housing services, case management, or life-skills training.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skill building with clients in home or community.
• Support medication adherence and recognizing symptoms.
• Deliver non-clinical but therapeutic behavioral interventions and skills training.
• Assist in accessing community resources and developing interpersonal skills.
