Qualifications

• Three (3) years of responsible professional technical, analytical, and developmental work experience with at least one (1) year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex principal professional community development work within a major programmatic section/division.
• Plan and coordinate the activities of a major community development project from inception to completion in compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
