Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to deliver individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents with mental health and co-occurring disorders. You will perform initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Active unrestricted independent license by MA Board of Registration (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/psychologist).
• 2+ years of experience in Human Services; strong diagnostic and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual & group therapy to patients with mental health/co-occurring disorders.
• Complete initial assessments, counseling, and treatment planning with aftercare planning.
• Refer for medication evaluations as needed and coordinate care with on-site providers.
• Complete all department documentation per hospital and regulatory standards.
• Manage caseload including follow-ups and collaborations with treatment teams.
• Maintain licensure and credentialing required for the role.
