Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician I for Crossbridge Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will implement therapy services, conduct assessments, and support patient discharge planning. A master's degree in a related field and an active Alabama LMSW or ALC are required.

This PRN position offers the opportunity to work on the first shift. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of behavioral health practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Prior experience with psychiatry and behavioral health preferred.
• Active Alabama LMSW or ALC required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement therapy services as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Manage case loads and participate in discharge planning.

Education
