Job summary

Liberation Programs is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician for the PROUD Project in Bridgeport, CT. The clinician will provide clinical services within the REACH system of care, including evaluation, assessment, care coordination, and individual, group, or family therapy, plus discharge planning.

The role requires CT state licensure preferred (LCSW/LADC/LPC/LMFT), a master's in a mental health field with SUD training, strong communication, and willingness to travel to serve CT communities; 40

Qualifications

• CT State licensure preferred (LCSW, LADC, LPC or LMFT).
• Master's degree in a mental health field with course work and experience in SUD treatment.
• Prefer experience providing evidenced-based SUD services in inpatient or outpatient settings; trauma-informed interventions and MAT/Recovery.
• Understanding of a recovery-oriented, consumer-driven delivery system; ability to work with colleagues.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills; computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with effective verbal and written communication.
• Working knowledge of pregnant and parenting women’s services, trauma-informed care, SUD treatment, and CT behavioral health system.
• Willingness to be trained in PROUD project practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services within the DMHAS REACH system: evaluation, assessment, care coordination.
• Deliver individual, group, or family therapy and discharge planning to clients.
• Provide clinical support and consultation to REACH team members.
