Job Summary

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence-based clinical services across the continuum of care, maintaining ethical principles and professional standards.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related human service field
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • CT licensure as LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or CADC
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
